Role Description The Member role at Ardent is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. Members actively participate in society initiatives across AI &

- Analytics, Bourse &
- Finance, and Content Creation, including attending meetings, contributing ideas, and supporting project execution. Day-to-day tasks may involve assisting in research, preparing content for events or social media, contributing to workshops and training sessions, and collaborating with peers on tech and analytics projects. Members are expected to engage in continuous learning,



support community outreach and collaborations, and help maintain a professional and inclusive environment. This role offers opportunities to build skills, expand networks, and contribute to the growth of the society and its initiatives.

Qualifications

- Interest in technology, analytics, finance, and content creation, with a willingness to learn and contribute across these verticals.
- Basic skills in research, problem-solving, and critical thinking to support society projects and initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and participate actively in events and activities.
- Self-motivated mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms; familiarity with data, finance, or content tools is an added advantage.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant academic program (e.g., business, technology, analytics, economics, or related fields) is preferred but not mandatory.
