ABOUT VADIVAM®

VADIVAM® began in 2013 as a freelance creative practice and was incorporated in 2018. Over 13 years, we've delivered 200+ brand projects, built a strong network of creative collaborators and partners, and worked across a wide range of creative disciplines.

We are now entering a deliberate new phase: repositioning VADIVAM® as a premium brand identity design agency for established enterprises, founder-led and multi-generational businesses — moving away from being seen as a general branding, logo or digital creative agency.

THE TEAM AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This phase is being built with a focused, lean team that will grow with the studio. You would work alongside identity designers, a motion designer and an editor, directly with the founder, in-office.

- Role type: Full time, in-office
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with biometric attendance
- Saturdays: alternate Saturdays off; the monthly office calendar is shared in advance
- Detailed policies are shared once you join

ROLE AT A GLANCE

- Role: Marketing & Business Development Executive (2 Positions)
- Experience: 2 years in digital media or design agencies
- Location: Chennai — studio-based, near Teynampet Metro, with occasional client travel
- Salary: ₹20,000/month fixed

Final compensation is confirmed after the task assessment.





WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead generation and business development

- Plan and run digital lead generation campaigns — LinkedIn, email outreach, search and social — targeting established enterprises
- Research target businesses and identify key decision-makers (founders, MDs, CXOs)
- Qualify leads, book appointments and manage follow-ups
- Prepare client research briefs, and build and present compelling pitch decks for prospective clients
- Attend client meetings with the founder
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM, and report on leads, meetings and conversions

Digital marketing

- Manage VADIVAM®'s digital platforms — content publishing, promotion and performance
- Plan campaigns that position VADIVAM® with premium clients
- Coordinate website updates and content that supports lead generation

- 2 years of experience in a digital media agency or design agency
- A proven digital lead generation track record — with numbers you can share
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and a CRM
- Strong presentation skills — able to build and present clear, persuasive client pitch decks




- Confidence engaging senior business leaders; strong spoken and written English — Tamil is an advantage
- An organised, target-driven approach with consistent follow-through

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

- Your experience is mainly telecalling, retail or high-volume B2C sales
- You have no agency experience
- You're looking for remote or part-time work

WHAT WE OFFER

- Fixed monthly salary
- A structured review at 3 months, probation confirmation at 6 months and a retention bonus at 12 months

- An honorarium for assessment tasks, paid on completion of the selection round (not applicable for AI made task submission)
