Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Proactive For Her’s services across online, at-home, and in-clinic channels.

The Marketing

Executive will conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify opportunities to reach diverse segments of Indian women. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting promotional activities for webinars and workshops, coordinating with sales and clinical teams,



managing communication across digital and offline channels, and tracking campaign performance. The role also includes developing content and marketing collateral, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization’s presence in the women’s health space.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to gather insights, assess trends, and inform marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication skills to engage diverse audiences and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and marketing support to drive conversions and build long-term relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a mission-driven, women’s health-focused environment with sensitivity to confidential and personal topics.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics for measuring campaign performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site startup setting, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines.
