Role Description The Management Information Systems Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Malda. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating MIS databases, generating regular and ad hoc reports, and ensuring data accuracy across logistics and shipment operations. The Executive will monitor system performance, support users with MIS and ERP-related issues, and coordinate with operations, customer service, and management to provide timely information for decision-making.

Daily tasks include analyzing operational data, tracking shipments, supporting track-and-trace functionalities,



and assisting in process improvements through data-driven insights. The role also involves collaborating with IT and business teams to enhance reporting tools and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in data management and reporting, including experience with MIS tools, spreadsheets, and database systems.
- Ability to work with ERP and track-and-trace platforms, with a solid understanding of system workflows and user support.
- Competence in data analysis and visualization to interpret logistics and operational metrics and present clear reports.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with operations, customer service, and management teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data or system issues.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a service-oriented industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Malda and manage full time responsibilities with reliability and integrity.
