Role Description This is a full-time remote Legal Internship role designed to provide practical experience across multiple areas of law. The intern will assist with legal research, case law analysis, and preparation of legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda. Daily tasks include supporting senior lawyers with drafting and reviewing legal documents, organizing case files, and tracking regulatory and compliance developments relevant to client matters.

The intern will also help in identifying key legal issues, summarizing findings for internal use, and contributing to client communication materials under supervision.



The role offers structured mentorship, regular feedback, and opportunities to observe client interactions and dispute resolution strategies in a professional setting.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law and the ability to understand and interpret Legal Issues.
- Skills in Legal Consulting support, including assisting in analysis and recommendations under supervision.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and research notes.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and client-facing materials.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law program, with strong academic performance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
