Role Description The Leadership Coaching - Program Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the Program Advisor will guide prospective and current participants through UCF’s coaching programs, clarifying pathways such as ACC, PCC, and MCC certifications and explaining the LADDER Framework and “Coaching to Launching” process. The Advisor will conduct consultations, assess development needs, recommend suitable coaching tracks, and support learners throughout their journey to ensure robust engagement and successful outcomes.





Daily responsibilities include coordinating with coaches and trainers, scheduling sessions, maintaining accurate participant records, and providing timely updates and feedback. The Advisor will also support outreach activities, contribute to continuous improvement of program content and processes, and uphold UCF’s standards of coaching excellence and leadership development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Coaching & Mentoring skills to guide individuals through structured development journeys.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Leadership Development and Coaching to support leaders in enhancing decision-making and personality growth.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Training abilities to assess needs, advise on program selection, and facilitate learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess clear communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with diverse professionals and teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple participants, schedules, and program activities in a hybrid work setting.
- Relevant experience in coaching, learning and development, HR, or professional training, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with coaching certifications (ACC, PCC, MCC) or prior exposure to structured coaching frameworks is an added advantage.
