Role Description The Learning and Development Consultant will design, deliver, and optimize learning experiences across Skillofy_AI’s tech and non-tech programs in a full time, remote capacity. This role involves conducting needs assessments with learners and partners, developing learning paths and curricula, and aligning content with industry standards and real-world skills. The consultant will facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and live mentor-led programs, while leveraging data and feedback to refine learning strategies and outcomes.





Day-to-day activities include collaborating with subject-matter experts, shaping program frameworks, supporting career transition initiatives, and advising organizations on learning interventions that build future-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to design, deliver, and manage impactful learning programs.
- Candidates should possess experience in Instructional Design to create structured, learner-centered content and curricula for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to conduct needs analysis, recommend learning solutions, and advise individuals and organizations on talent development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to facilitate sessions, present complex topics clearly, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with digital learning platforms, online facilitation, and remote collaboration tools.
- Background in edtech, L&D;, HR, or related fields; experience in AI, technology, or professional skills training is an advantage.

- Ability to use data and learner feedback to improve programs and measure learning impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
