We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive who can identify potential clients, initiate conversations, generate leads, and help grow our business.

What You'll Do

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate leads from businesses that may need branding, social media management, corporate videos, advertising films, and other creative services.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to recommend suitable services.
- Schedule meetings and arrange discussions between prospective clients and the business team.
- Maintain lead databases, follow-up trackers, and sales reports.
- Follow up on proposals and quotations to move prospects towards closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.




- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Keep track of prospects, follow-ups, and opportunities using the company's sales tracker or CRM.

What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or lead generation.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and potential clients.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up consistently.
- Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and online research.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate professionally and maintain organised records.
