Role Description The Junior Architecture Designer will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with project documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating construction drawings, updating design layouts, and contributing to 3D models and visualizations under the guidance of senior architects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, gathering design requirements,



and ensuring that proposed solutions align with building codes and project standards.

This is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore, where the team collaborates closely in an office environment and occasionally visits project sites as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for execution.
- Ability in Drawing and visual representation, including hand sketches and digital drafting tools.
- Understanding of Urban Planning principles and the broader context of the built environment.
- Knowledge of design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and willingness to learn from feedback.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
