Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. In this role, the designer will assist in creating visual assets for branding, marketing materials, social media, and digital campaigns under the guidance of senior designers. Daily responsibilities include developing layouts, refining logo concepts, selecting typography, preparing files for animation and post-production, and adapting designs to various formats.

The role also involves collaborating with the creative team, incorporating feedback,



maintaining brand consistency across projects, and adhering to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design, with the ability to create visually coherent layouts.
- Capability in logo design and branding, including developing and refining brand identities.
- Understanding of typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital and print formats.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; familiarity with After Effects is a plus).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of animation-ready assets.
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and collaborate effectively within a studio team.
- Good time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
