Secondz is looking for motivated aspiring backend developers who are eager to learn, solve real-world engineering problems, and contribute to building reliable backend systems.
Internship Details
Role: Junior Backend Developer Intern
Duration: 3 months
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: 4–5 hours per day
Compensation: Unpaid Internship
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
Build and integrate REST APIs.
Work with PostgreSQL and SQL for database operations.
Implement CRUD operations and data validation.
Understand and work with authentication and authorization.
Handle errors, debug issues, and improve API reliability.
Work with background tasks and user-specific data handling.
Collaborate with frontend developers and the engineering team.
Maintain clean, readable, and maintainable code.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Python.
Familiarity with FastAPI or other Python backend frameworks.
Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of JSON, CRUD operations, and data validation.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Valuable problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
