Role Description The Interior Designer role at Leo Spaces is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, prepare space plans, and select finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) that align with project requirements and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing design implementation on site to ensure quality and consistency. The role also involves client meetings, gathering requirements, managing design revisions,



and maintaining project documentation and timelines. Collaboration with the wider design team to integrate interior, furniture, and art elements into cohesive solutions is a core part of this position.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and coordination with architectural teams for integrated project delivery.
- Experience preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution and approvals.
- Robust understanding of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and sourcing.
- Ability to use design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Excellent visual communication skills, including mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations.
- Strong project coordination, time management, and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or site experience is an advantage.
