Role Description The Information Technology System Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for maintaining and supporting PInterview’s online platform and internal systems. Daily tasks include providing technical support to users and team members, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues, and ensuring secure, secure access to live video and telephonic sessions. The specialist will manage system administration activities such as user account management, configuration, and updates,



while monitoring system performance and logs to proactively identify issues.

This role also involves collaborating with product and operations teams to implement technical improvements, supporting network security measures, and documenting procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Technical Support skills to assist users and maintain platform reliability.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues across applications, systems, and connectivity.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills to manage user accounts, configurations, updates, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills to help safeguard data, monitor security events, and support access controls.
- Relevant experience with cloud-based platforms, video conferencing tools, and remote support technologies is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in an IT support, systems specialist, or similar role; a degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage.
