About the Role – HR Executive

Zips Washers is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, hiring and employee coordination for our growing laundry business network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and hire laundry staff and employees.
- Post job vacancies on WorkIndia and other job portals.
- Call candidates and schedule interviews.
- Manage employee joining and onboarding.
- Coordinate manpower requirements across branches.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.
- Support franchise recruitment and staffing requirements.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and telephone skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Positive coordination and time management skills.
- Responsible, hardworking and target-oriented.

Job Details:

- Location: Pune
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
- Experience: Fresher / Experienced
- Joining: Immediate
