We are building an acquisition platform and fund focused initially on dental billing companies, with plans to expand into other service businesses. We aim to acquire established companies and improve profitability through software, automation, and operational improvements.

We’re seeking a senior investment leader with substantial fund-management experience to work directly with the founders on acquisition strategy, capital formation, and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead acquisition sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and execution.
- Develop financial models and investment recommendations.
- Structure transactions and negotiate terms with sellers, lenders, and investors.
- Build relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and financing partners.
- Establish investment approval processes, portfolio reporting, and risk controls.
- Work with operating teams to assess automation opportunities and improve acquired businesses.
- Oversee portfolio performance, capital allocation, and exit planning.

Required qualifications

- At least 10 years of experience managing substantial investment funds or portfolios, with direct responsibility for investment decisions, capital allocation, and risk management.




- A demonstrated track record managing capital at scale within private equity, an established investment firm, a family office, or a comparable institution.
- Experience leading acquisitions through closing and overseeing investments after acquisition.
- Strong expertise in valuation, financial modeling, acquisition financing, and transaction structuring.
- Experience raising capital and managing relationships with sophisticated investors.
- Strong academic and skilled credentials. An MBA, CFA, CPA, or comparable advanced qualification is preferred from top universities
- Sound investment judgment and the ability to explain both successful investments and losses.
- Willingness to take a hands-on role in building a new acquisition platform.

Experience in healthcare services, revenue cycle management, dental billing, or technology-enabled business acquisitions is preferred.
