Role Description The Highway Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising highway and road infrastructure projects in line with applicable standards and client requirements. Working on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity, the role includes preparing and reviewing highway design drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates, as well as supporting feasibility assessments and project proposals.

The Highway

Engineer will coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is implemented during construction and that safety, quality,



and environmental guidelines are met. Day-to-day tasks also involve conducting site visits, monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, and preparing reports and documentation to support project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Highway Design and Highway Engineering for planning and detailing road and highway projects.
- Candidates should possess Civil Engineering Design skills for structures, roadway geometry, drainage, and related infrastructure elements.
- Candidates should possess experience with Feasibility Studies and Infrastructure Projects, including technical assessments and project planning.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Working knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and guidelines (e.g., IRC, MoRTH specifications) and highway design software (such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail and safety considerations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate on-site with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prior experience in highway or road construction projects, particularly in EPC or similar contract modes, is an advantage.

Qualification- B tech Civil/ BE Civil

Salary- 3 Lac Per Annum
