? Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership

- Define academic strategy and ensure consistent learning quality across all centers.
- Establish standardized teaching methodologies and academic processes.

Curriculum & Innovation

- Design and update industry-aligned curriculums.
- Introduce emerging technologies such as GenAI, Agentic AI, Cloud, DevOps, Cyber Security and Full Stack Development.
- Ensure practical learning through live projects and coding assessments.

Faculty Excellence

- Recruit, mentor and develop technical trainers.
- Conduct technical assessments and faculty development programs.
- Monitor teaching quality and faculty performance.

Academic Quality & Industry Alignment

- Track syllabus completion, student satisfaction and learning outcomes.
- Align training with industry requirements and employer expectations.
- Introduce hackathons, industry projects and expert mentorship.





? Required Technical ExpertiseStrong understanding of multiple domains, including:
- Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP and Software Engineering
- Full Stack Development, DBMS and System Design
- AI/ML, GenAI and AI Agents
- Cloud Computing, DevOps and Cyber Security

Hands-on experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Docker, Git and cloud platforms is highly desirable. ? Who Should Apply?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IT or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, engineering management or technical education.
- Experience leading technical teams and developing industry-aligned curriculums.
- Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
- A passion for technology, innovation and student success.
