We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Growth Marketing Intern to join our team at Perpova Developers. In this role, you will be right at the intersection of technology, modern discovery, and commercial acquisition – working across the entire growth engine rather than being confined to a single task.

Here is what you will be actively involved in:

- Brand & Content Creation: Crafting engaging social media updates, writing technical/business articles, and designing clean visual assets using tools like Canva.
- SEO & AI Optimization (AIO): Researching high-intent keywords, structuring website content for search engines, and optimizing brand presence for AI answer engines and generative search tools (AIO/GEO).
- B2B Lead Generation: Identifying corporate prospects via LinkedIn and directories, drafting outreach copy, and assisting in building client pipelines.
- Campaigns & Analytics: Tracking campaign metrics (traffic, clicks, conversions), setting up digital ads, and monitoring web performance.
- Market & Competitor Research: Analyzing market trends, mapping competitor strategies, and uncovering commercial opportunities for our solutions.

What we are looking for in candidates:
- Curiosity & Drive: An undergraduate, graduate, or self-starter passionate about technology,



marketing, and modern business growth.
- Search & AI Awareness: A foundational understanding of organic search (SEO) and an active curiosity about how AI search tools deliver answers.
- Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills with an eye for concise, skilled copy.
- Tool Literacy: Basic comfort with Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and social media platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Willingness to look at data, evaluate what works, and take proactive initiative without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
