Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee will work in a full-time remote role, supporting the design, analysis, and improvement of engineering processes and platform features. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in mechanical and manufacturing engineering tasks, collecting and analyzing performance data, and contributing to the optimization of systems and workflows. The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams on small projects, document technical requirements, and support quality assurance and operational improvements.

Additional activities include preparing reports and presentations, participating in project planning, and communicating updates and findings to mentors and stakeholders. The role is designed to provide structured learning,



hands-on exposure to engineering practices, and opportunities to contribute to PInterview’s technology and service offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and to present technical information clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decision-making in engineering and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering knowledge, including fundamentals of mechanics, materials, and design principles relevant to product and system development.
- Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering skills to understand production processes, workflow optimization, and basic quality and efficiency concepts.
- Candidates should possess foundational Project Management skills to assist in planning tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines across multiple initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with CAD tools, basic knowledge of engineering software or simulation tools, and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity suites.
