Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at The Quorum in Colaba. This position is responsible for welcoming members and guests, managing check-ins and departures, and ensuring a seamless and hospitable experience throughout their visit.



The role involves handling reservations and bookings for events, dining, and co-working spaces, responding to member inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate information.

The Guest Services

Associate will maintain high standards of service at the front desk, address concerns professionally, and support the execution of member events and experiences. The role requires consistent adherence to club policies and a strong focus on creating a warm, efficient, and memorable environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

- Strong guest-facing skills, with experience in Guest Services and Guest Service in hospitality, clubs, or premium lifestyle environments.
- Proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a service-focused approach.
- Experience managing Reservations for events, dining, and spaces, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal
