Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fundraiser role based in Hyderabad. The Fundraiser will engage in outreach to individual donors, corporate partners, and institutional funders to generate financial support for AAA’s programs. Daily responsibilities include identifying and researching prospective donors, preparing fundraising proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate records of donor interactions and commitments.

The role involves organizing and supporting fundraising events and campaigns, coordinating with program teams to gather impact data, and communicating AAA’s work and outcomes to supporters.



The Fundraiser will also be expected to meet fundraising targets, provide regular reports, and uphold AAA’s values in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, or resource mobilization within non-profit or social impact organizations.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present AAA’s mission and programs clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in proposal writing, report writing, and basic documentation to support donor engagement and grant applications.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events or campaigns, including outreach and follow-up.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and basic databases or CRM systems to track donor information and fundraising activities.
- Understanding of issues related to poverty, social justice, gender equality, and human rights, with a commitment to AAA’s vision and mission.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, Communications, or a related field; relevant fundraising certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience working in or with communities in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana or similar contexts is desirable.
