We are expanding our Electric Vehicle (EV) dealership network across India and looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, generating leads, pitching our EV dealership and franchise opportunities, and converting prospective investors into authorized dealership partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential EV dealership and franchise partners across India.

Generate leads through outbound calling, social media, digital platforms and other channels.

Explain dealership business models, investment opportunities and franchise packages to prospective partners.

Conduct sales presentations and follow up with interested investors.

Convert qualified leads into confirmed dealership partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective dealers.

Coordinate with the internal team for dealership onboarding and setup.





Achieve monthly dealership acquisition and sales targets.

Maintain lead databases and regularly update sales reports.

Requirements & Skills

1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, Business Development or Automobile Sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Confidence in handling calls, meetings and sales presentations.

Ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

Target-oriented mindset with a solid focus on closures.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Experience in dealership or franchise sales will be an added advantage.
