Role Description This is a full time, on-site Food and Beverage Staff role based at the Club Mahindra resort in Madikeri. The role involves providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests in restaurants, bars, and banqueting areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting with buffet setups, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver timely service. The Food and Beverage Staff member will address guest queries,



manage basic billing and table arrangements, and support special events or themed dining experiences. The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards while contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Strong food service and food & beverage operations skills, with the ability to handle table service, buffet service, and basic order management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Foundational culinary skills and knowledge of food hygiene practices to work effectively with kitchen staff and maintain standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.
- Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants is preferred; vocational training or a diploma in hospitality or hotel management is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in English and local languages, along with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
