Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Energy Manager / Auditor role based in Thane.

The Energy

Manager / Auditor will conduct detailed energy audits and assessments of electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and other utilities to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing energy consumption data, evaluating equipment performance, preparing audit reports, and recommending practical, standards-compliant solutions for energy optimization.



The role involves coordinating with facility and plant teams, supporting implementation of energy-saving measures, and monitoring results to verify performance.

The Energy

Manager / Auditor will also assist in related safety and power quality assessments, contribute to project planning, and ensure alignment with relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret energy data, diagnose performance issues, and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Energy Management and Energy efficiency, including knowledge of utility systems, HVAC, electrical loads, and conservation measures.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan audits, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and track implementation of recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills to support sourcing of energy-efficient equipment, evaluate vendor proposals, and optimize lifecycle costs.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline) are preferred.
- Knowledge of national and international energy, electrical safety, and fire safety standards, along with familiarity with industrial and commercial building systems, is beneficial.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills, ability to work in office with cross-functional teams, and readiness to travel to client locations as needed are important.
- Professional certifications in energy auditing or energy management (e.g., CEA, CEM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
