About Us
We are a growing D2C organic food startup bringing certified organic Tomato ketchup, Mango pulp, Sauses and pickles along with millets, pulses, and farm-fresh products straight from our farms to families.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on e-commerce operator to own our digital growth and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing: Manage & scale Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads profitably.
Retention: Set up email/WhatsApp automation for abandoned carts & repeat buyers.
Shopify Operations: Manage backend catalog, inventory levels,
and order fulfillment.
Logistics & Support: Coordinate with courier aggregators & handle customer queries.
Requirements
1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience running/scaling a Shopify D2C store.
Proven track record of scaling ad budgets while maintaining a good ROAS.
Food/Grocery/Organic e-commerce experience is a huge plus!
Self-starter mindset—comfortable owning both marketing & operations.
