Company Description CREAT (Center for Research, Engineering and Advance Technologies) is the flagship advanced technology center of UNO MINDA, created to drive self-reliance and technology leadership in the automotive sector. The center focuses on embedded electronics for connected vehicles, telematics, ADAS, infotainment, EV technologies, controllers, sensors, advanced lighting, and other next-generation automotive solutions. CREAT works closely with other UNO MINDA entities and external technology partners across four key product spaces: cockpit electronics, body exterior and safety technologies, creative design and innovation, and product assurance.

Its independent design studio, INITIA, delivers industrial, UI, UX, and visual design for global automotive customers. CREAT also leads innovation and capability-building initiatives, including MINDA Tech University, to support continuous learning and growth for team members.

Role Description ?

We are looking for experienced Electromagnetic Engineers to join our team.

Experience: 5+ years, Immediate

?

- Required Skills:

•
- Electromagnetic design and analysis (Low Frequency and High Frequency applications)

•
- Hands-on experience with FEA tools (ANSYS Maxwell, Motor-CAD, JMAG, COMSOL, Flux, etc.)

•
- Robust understanding of magnetic circuit design and optimization

•
- Automotive magnetic applications experience preferred, including:
- Electric motors, motor controller
- Wireless charging systems
- Inductors and transformers
- Sensors and actuators




- EMC/EMI considerations

?
- Responsibilities:

•
- Electromagnetic simulation and design validation

•
- Magnetic component development and optimization

•
- Cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and system engineering teams

•
- Support product development from concept through production

- Proficiency in EM simulation and analysis tools (such as HFSS, CST, or equivalent) and familiarity with PCB layout considerations for EMI/EMC control.

- Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, mechanical, design) and collaborating with external technology providers or labs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, with coursework or specialization in electromagnetics.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements, and translate them
