As we launch an enhanced Jobs & Hiring Module within Gimbal, we are looking for passionate recruitment professionals who can connect caregivers to life-changing job opportunities and guide them seamlessly through the application journey.
This role sits at the heart of our new Gimbal Jobs module — you will be the first voice caregivers hear when a recent opportunity becomes available. Your work directly impacts patient care by ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles, faster.
What you'll do
Proactively reach out to caregivers via phone to inform them of new job opportunities available through the Gimbal platformGuide candidates step-by-step through the complete application process within the Gimbal Jobs moduleMaintain accurate records of candidate interactions, application status, and follow-up schedulesBuild strong rapport with caregivers to understand their availability, preferences,
and career goalsCoordinate with internal hiring teams to ensure a smooth handoff from candidate sourcing to placementMeet daily/weekly outreach and placement targets as set by the Talent Acquisition team
What we're looking for
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience
in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related customer-facing rolePrior experience in healthcare staffing or working with caregiver/clinical profiles is a strong advantageExcellent verbal communication skills with a confident, empathetic phone presenceComfortable working with digital platforms, CRMs, and applicant tracking systemsGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneouslyStrong organisational skills and attention to detail Why join Gimbal?
