Role Description The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thodupuzha. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions. The Executive will maintain and strengthen client relationships, gather feedback, and communicate customer needs to internal teams.

Daily responsibilities include managing phone and in-person communications, documenting interactions, supporting resolution of service-related issues, and contributing to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.



The role also requires collaborating with team members to ensure that customer service processes align with Farmer First’s mission and values.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting, long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in client relations and customer satisfaction, including handling inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Transparent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a customer-facing environment.
- Basic proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Thodupuzha and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in agriculture, rural development, or community-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in business, communications, social work, or a related field is preferred.
