Kanpeki is a current-generation beauty and skincare brand being built from India for global markets.

Inspired by Japanese principles of Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Kodowari (attention to detail), Kanpeki is creating a distinctive beauty world that brings together modern skincare, wellness and premium design.

We are looking for a Creative Manager who can become the creative anchor of the brand and help define how Kanpeki looks, feels and communicates across every touchpoint.

The Role

This is a foundational creative role.

You will help build the visual identity, creative language and content ecosystem of Kanpeki from the ground up.

From campaign concepts and social media to product photography, video, UGC, packaging and digital experiences, you will be responsible for making sure every expression of Kanpeki feels intentional, distinctive and globally relevant.

You will work closely with the founder, marketing, e-commerce and performance teams.

What You Will Own

- Define and evolve Kanpeki's creative direction and visual language
- Build creative concepts for product launches and campaigns
- Develop the visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints
- Lead social media creative direction
- Conceptualise and oversee photography and video shoots
- Develop creative direction for UGC and influencer content
- Create campaign concepts and creative briefs
- Work with photographers, videographers, designers, editors, models and external creative partners
- Guide product photography and e-commerce content
- Develop creative assets for paid advertising
- Work closely with the Paid Ads Manager to develop performance-oriented creative
- Contribute to packaging and product presentation
- Ensure brand consistency across website, social media, marketplaces, retail and offline experiences
- Build a creative content calendar and production system
- Explore new visual formats, trends and storytelling approaches
- Balance brand-building creativity with commercial objectives





What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, brand creative or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution
- Strong understanding of photography, video, design, social media and digital storytelling
- Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
- Ability to develop concepts, not just execute briefs
- Experience working with external creative partners and production teams
- Understanding of social-first and digital-first content
- Ability to translate a brand strategy into a distinctive visual world
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer-brand experience is preferred, but we are open to exceptional creative talent from other industries.
