Role Description The Core Embedded Practice Recruiter is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for embedded systems and core engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals. The recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and manage interview processes.

Daily activities include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, managing offer negotiations,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and continuously refining recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for embedded systems, core engineering, or product development roles, with strong understanding of technical skill sets and job market trends.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent sourcing and pipeline management.
- Robust skills in stakeholder management, including collaborating with hiring managers, technical leaders, and HR teams to align on hiring needs and timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and maintain a professional candidate experience.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Hyderabad.
- Attention to detail and data-oriented mindset for tracking recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IT or product engineering organizations and familiarity with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms is an advantage.
