Role Description The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, including execution of civil works related to roads, bridges, flyovers, and RCC structures. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rewari and involves monitoring construction progress, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The role includes conducting site measurements, maintaining work records, preparing daily reports, and assisting in quantity estimation and billing.

The Civil Site

Engineer will also support quality control checks, inspection of materials and workmanship,



and resolution of technical issues at site. The position requires regular interaction with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

- Solid technical knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals, RCC and structural works, and familiarity with roads, bridges, and related infrastructure projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents, with basic skills in AutoCAD or similar design tools.
- Experience in site supervision, work scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
- Understanding of quality control procedures, material testing, and adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in preparing daily site reports, quantity measurements, and assisting in billing and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with project teams, clients, and site workforce.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and capability to work in a dynamic on-site environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; prior experience in site execution for infrastructure or building projects is an advantage.
