The Role

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will serve as a strategic member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO/Board. You will own the entire human resources lifecycle, driving talent acquisition for niche tech and financial engineering roles, fostering an innovative and inclusive workplace culture, and scaling HR operations across hubs in Kerala and beyond.

You won't just manage HR administration; you will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring that human capital strategy directly fuels company growth, regulatory compliance, and market expansion.

What You’ll Own

Strategic Workforce Planning: Design and execute long-term HR strategies aligned with the company’s hyper-growth, product expansion, and business milestones.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Scale the recruitment engine to attract top-tier engineering, product, data, finance, and compliance talent,



positioning the company as an employer of choice in South India and nationally.

Organizational Development & Culture: Foster a high-performance, transparent, and agile work culture that bridges traditional financial rigor with fast-paced startup innovation.

Compensation & Rewards (C&B;): Design competitive, market-benchmarked compensation structures, ESOP policies, and performance-driven incentive plans.

Leadership Coaching & Succession Planning: Partner with the executive team and board to build robust leadership pipelines, mentorship programs, and management excellence.

HR Operations, Compliance & Risk: Oversee statutory compliance, labor laws, payroll administration, employee relations, and data privacy across all operating entities.

Performance & Retention Management: Implement modern OKR/KPI frameworks, continuous feedback loops, and data-driven retention strategies to minimize attrition.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 12–18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record as a CHRO, VP of HR, or Head of HR—ideally within FinTech, high-growth SaaS, banking tech, or fast-scaling startups.

Domain Fluency: Deep understanding of the talent landscape for technology (AI, engineering, product) and financial services sectors.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance empathetic employee advocacy with hard-nosed business execution and financial acumen.





Change Management: Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, scaling teams across geographies, and managing rapid headcount growth.

Compliance & Governance: Strong working knowledge of Indian labor regulations, statutory compliances, and corporate governance standards.

Education: MBA or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, or equivalent top-tier institutions preferred).
