About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Camunda Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable workflow and process automation solutions using Camunda.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end Camunda workflow architecture and BPMN 2.0 workflows with DMN decision models.
- Architect enterprise integrations with microservices, REST APIs, messaging platforms and event-driven architecture.
- Work with Camunda 7/8, Zeebe, Job Workers, Connectors and Operate.
- Define error handling, retries, incident management and process monitoring.
- Ensure scalability, availability, performance and security.
- Provide technical leadership, review architecture and troubleshoot complex production issues.




- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on solution planning and modernization.

Required Technical Skills:

- Camunda 7/8, BPMN 2.0, DMN and Zeebe.
- Java, Spring Boot, microservices and workflow integrations.
- REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- PostgreSQL, Oracle or similar databases.
- Distributed systems, resiliency and performance optimization.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 migration.
- Enterprise-scale workflow implementations and Camunda Connectors.
- Process monitoring, incident handling and optimization.
- Agile/Scrum and robust stakeholder-management skills.
