Position: Sales & Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven professional who can build strong customer relationships, manage leads, and convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences for residential interiors.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal design and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and update sales progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong sales,



negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage customer follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
- Understanding of residential interiors will be an added advantage.
