Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with retail and institutional customers, and expand the store’s market presence. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, coordinating promotional activities, and managing key accounts.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and product positioning, and tracking performance metrics to achieve growth targets.

The Business Development

Manager will also represent Ayuda Organics at local events, meetings, and partner visits to strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in business development, sales planning, and account management.
- Experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Skills in market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Capability to collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest or experience in organic products, retail, FMCG, or related sectors is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Ahmedabad, with readiness for local travel as needed.
