Role Description The Brand Partnerships & Growth Intern will support the partnerships team in identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing relationships with brands and creators. This full time, on-site role based in Noida involves assisting with outreach campaigns, preparing pitch decks, coordinating meetings, and maintaining CRM or partner databases. The intern will help analyze campaign performance, track growth metrics, and contribute to strategy discussions for brand collaborations and community initiatives.





Day-to-day tasks include researching potential partners, drafting communication materials, supporting sales and marketing activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. The role offers hands-on experience in the creator economy, brand partnerships, and growth-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Brand Strategy and Brand Management skills to support partnership initiatives and growth campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills for professional outreach, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of Branding concepts to help position Biggbell and partner brands effectively within the creator ecosystem.
- Basic Sales skills for prospecting, lead qualification, and assisting in partnership pitches and follow-ups.
- Interest in influencer marketing, creator economy, and digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
