Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at PInterview.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with product, operations, and technology teams to gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications and user stories. Daily activities include analyzing user behavior and platform performance, mapping and improving business processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance the interview and learning experience. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, conducting market and competitor analysis,



and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The Business

Analyst will also collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions, manage change impacts, and ensure alignment with PInterview’s mission and strategic goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and translate needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to model, optimize, and implement efficient workflows that support platform operations.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with online platforms, edtech, or career services is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) and basic SQL is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and comfort working in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
