We are looking for an experienced BPM Architect with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), workflow architecture, and healthcare domain processes.
The ideal candidate should have experience designing scalable workflow architectures, transforming complex healthcare business processes into efficient digital solutions, and translating business requirements into technical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end BPM architectures and workflow-based solutions.
- Analyze complex healthcare business processes and convert them into structured BPMN workflows.
- Translate business requirements into configurable business rules and workflow designs.
- Lead end-to-end process orchestration and workflow lifecycle management.
- Design system integrations to ensure seamless communication between applications and platforms.
- Handle workflow exceptions, process deviations, and error management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient BPM solutions.
- Ensure workflow architectures align with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
