Role Description The Back Office Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, supporting the technical and operational backbone of VISHWA EXPORTS. This role involves providing technical support for internal systems, handling troubleshooting of software and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.

The Back Office

Engineer will respond to internal user queries, coordinate with vendors or external support teams when needed, and maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, assisting with data backup and security procedures,



and contributing to process improvements. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing basic training or guidance to colleagues on IT tools and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for back-office systems and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of information technology fundamentals, including operating systems, networks, and office productivity tools.
- Customer service and communication skills to support internal stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to provide training and guidance on tools, workflows, and basic technical procedures.
- Relevant education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (diploma or degree preferred).
- Experience working in a back-office or IT support environment, ideally within trading, logistics, or export/import sectors.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune and collaborate closely with operations and management teams.
