Role Overview The Asset Management Executive will be responsible for managing the complete operational lifecycle of leased assets, ensuring proper asset tracking, documentation, utilization, reconciliation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial understanding and proficiency in MS Excel to ensure effective asset management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end asset leasing operations, including asset onboarding, activation, tracking, amendments, renewals and closures.
- Maintain accurate asset records, asset registers and lease schedules.
- Monitor asset allocation, utilization, movement and return status.
- Track asset-wise lease tenure, expiry dates and contractual obligations.

- Lease Documentation &

- Compliance
- Verify and maintain lease agreements, asset-related documents and supporting records.
- Ensure timely execution and maintenance of lease documentation.
- Coordinate with Legal, Credit and Operations teams for documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and contractual terms.

- Billing &
- Financial Reconciliation

- Validate asset-wise rental schedules and billing inputs.




- Coordinate with Finance for timely invoice generation.
- Perform lease rental reconciliation and identify billing discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding operational transactions and support revenue validation.

- Asset Tracking &
- MIS

- Prepare and maintain asset-wise MIS, dashboards and operational trackers.
- Monitor lease expiry, asset status, pending documentation and renewal schedules.
- Generate periodic reports on asset utilization, lease portfolio and operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records for management reporting and audits.

- Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Credit, Legal, Collections and Asset Management teams.
- Follow up with vendors, customers and other stakeholders for asset-related requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational queries and discrepancies.

- Process Improvement

- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Support automation and standardization of asset management processes.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Management or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Asset Leasing, Equipment Leasing, NBFC, Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and lease operations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of billing, rental schedules and financial documentation.
- Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
