Based in Delhi NCR, Neüvera Designs serves a global clientele, working on projects ranging from farmhouses in California and luxury residences in India to commercial high-street complexes and large residential societies.

Role Description The Architect will work on-site at the New Delhi office in a full-time capacity, collaborating with the design team to develop concepts, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation for luxury residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site analyses, preparing design proposals, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior consultants, and ensuring that design intent is maintained through all project stages. The role involves participating in client meetings, presenting design options, incorporating feedback,



and supporting project execution from schematic design through to completion.

The Architect will also review material specifications, support quality control in office, and help integrate sustainable and innovative solutions aligned with Neüvera Designs’ design philosophy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables using effective Project Management practices.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., Revit) for design, visualization, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Delhi NCR.
- Strong spatial thinking, attention to detail, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact confidently with clients and consultants.
- Experience in site coordination, construction supervision, and quality assurance is highly beneficial.
- Interest in innovative, sustainable, and evolving design approaches aligned with the firm’s philosophy.
