Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for the Philippines market, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle contract hiring and staff augmentation requirements for client-based IT projects.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
- Use advanced Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
- Recruit for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions across various IT domains.
- Conduct candidate screening, salary negotiations, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closures.
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring KPIs.
- Stay updated on Philippine IT talent availability, salary benchmarks, notice periods, and market trends.
- Partner with hiring managers,



account managers, and clients to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience with strong knowledge of the Philippine job market.
- Proven experience in contract staffing, staff augmentation, and niche skill hiring.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate closure skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements independently in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
