Role Description The Analytical Scientist – Pharmaceuticals role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will design and perform analytical experiments, develop and validate analytical methods for pharmaceutical products, and interpret data to support research, development, and quality control activities. Daily responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, preparing samples and reagents, documenting results in compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as formulation, quality assurance, and production.

The role also involves ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), participating in troubleshooting of analytical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of laboratory processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical capabilities, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.




- Proficiency in Analytical Methods Development and Method Development for pharmaceutical and chemical products.
- Solid laboratory skills, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and routine maintenance.
- Understanding and practical experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with common analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, titration) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, research-focused environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
