Role Description The Analyst role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. The Analyst will collect, validate, and interpret operational and business data to support decision-making and performance improvement. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, assisting in forecasting and trend analysis, and supporting process optimization initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting findings, and presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format. The Analyst will also help ensure data accuracy, maintain relevant databases or tools, and support compliance with internal standards and external regulations.





Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data tools such as spreadsheets, databases, or BI platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and comfort working with large data sets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and visualizations for diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business operations or industrial/manufacturing processes; prior experience in utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic project-based setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; relevant internships or prior analyst experience are beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts, process improvement methodologies, or quality frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
