BHASHA World Language Solutions is a language training and educational services organisation offering foreign and Indian language courses.

We are currently looking for 7 experienced, confident and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team for an upcoming Admission Enquiry & Conversion Project at our FC Road office, Pune.

✓ Position: Telecaller / Admission Enquiry Executive

✓ Project Duration: 1 to 1.5 months

✓ Working Days: Monday to Saturday

✓ Working Hours:

- Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

✓ Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and interested enquiries.
- Explain foreign and Indian language courses, their benefits and career opportunities.
- Generate interest and convert enquiries into registrations and admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Handle queries and provide accurate course information.
- Maintain calling records and update lead status.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and admission targets.
- Submit daily work progress and reports.

✓ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, admission counselling or lead conversion.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English (all three languages are compulsory).
- Confident, persuasive and professional telephone etiquette.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Experience in educational institutes or course admissions will be an added advantage.

✓ Training & Performance:
- Initial training on courses, processes and calling scripts will be provided.
- Daily calling and follow-up targets will be assigned.
- Regular lead updates and daily reporting are mandatory.
- Performance will be evaluated based on calling quality, lead engagement, follow-ups and confirmed admissions.
- Additional performance-based incentives will be provided for achieving assigned targets.

✓ Compensation:

Fixed project-based remuneration of ₹15,000 per month, along with additional performance-based incentives.
