Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Agri Export Speciality role based in Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end export operations for agricultural and food products, including sourcing , preparing and reviewing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with logistics partners and regulatory bodies.

The Agri Export

Specialist will communicate with international customers and distributors, handle inquiries and order processing, and provide responsive customer service throughout the export cycle. Daily responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams such as production, quality,



and finance to meet delivery timelines. The role also includes monitoring market trends, identifying new export opportunities, and supporting the development of productive import-export processes aligned with company growth plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Export operations and Customer Service, including handling orders, addressing customer queries, and maintaining service quality.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in agri or food product exports, preferably within FMCG or related industries, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software, along with familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation standards, is advantageous.
