Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The individual in this position will guide prospective learners through the admission process by explaining Ducat India’s courses, training pathways, and placement support, and by helping them choose programs aligned with their career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, conducting counselling sessions, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records,



and supporting admission targets through structured communication and basic sales activities.

The role also involves coordinating with trainers and internal teams to provide up-to-date information about courses, schedules, and certifications, and ensuring a positive experience for learners from first contact through enrollment.

The Admission

Counsellor is expected to represent Ducat India professionally, support outreach activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in counselling and admission processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively counsel and guide prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive learner experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, convert enquiries into admissions, and support enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience to explain training programs, certification pathways, and career outcomes clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, education, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or admission management tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
