We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage our daily manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall factory operations.
- Plan and monitor daily production targets.
- Supervise production workers and machine operators.
- Maintain product quality and reduce wastage.
- Manage manpower and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
- Monitor machine performance.
- Ensure workplace safety and discipline.
- Prepare daily production reports.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in paper or packaging industry will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or Engineering qualification preferred.
- Good leadership and management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
