Job Summary

Harbhans Lal Foods is looking for a responsible and organised Dispatch & Store Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations, inventory, stock records, and warehouse activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, timely dispatches, proper stock management, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Dispatch Management

- Manage daily order processing, picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Verify product names, SKUs, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and transporters for timely pickups.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, challans, and other required documents.
- Track pending orders, delayed pickups, and dispatch issues.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, dispatched, and returned.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with inventory records.
- Monitor stock availability and report low-stock items to management.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, leaking, or defective products.
- Maintain SKU-wise and batch-wise stock records.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food products.

3. Store & Warehouse Management

- Supervise daily warehouse and store operations.




- Arrange products systematically for easy identification and dispatch.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage conditions.
- Manage inward and outward stock entries and stock transfers.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure proper handling of goods to minimise damage and wastage.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare and share daily dispatch and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and operations teams.
- Report stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, and operational issues to management.
- Maintain proper documentation of all stock movements.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of orders across different sales channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, inventory, or store operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Valuable organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stock records and supervise daily operations.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing will be preferred.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Inventory accuracy and minimum stock discrepancies.
- Proper stock rotation and expiry management.
- Reduced product damage and dispatch errors.
- Timely submission of daily reports.
- Warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
