- Senior-level Project Lead - MEP engineering role (P1 grade)
- Reports to Project Director
- Full-time permanent position
- Salary range: 96,000 - 1,00,000 monthly

location : Sambhajinager Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex MEP projects from design through construction
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as primary technical client liaison on major initiatives
- Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system designs
- Ensure code compliance and quality assurance
- Support business development and proposal efforts

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with PE license / Dipolam in mechanical, electrical
- 8-10 years MEP experience (3+ years leadership)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, energy modeling software advised
- Experience managing $10M+ construction projects
- Strong communication and team leadership skills

- Commissioning authority credentials
